Signing In: If you are having trouble signing in with your old user name, send an email including the user name and explaining the problem to chforumhelp@hfmus.com" target=_blank>pchforumhelp@hfmus.com and we'll get you fixed up.

 

User names must be 2 to 15 characters long and cannot contain any spaces; however, user names may contain underscores, _, and hyphens, -.

 

Most Recent Threads: To see a listing of the most recent threads across all Forum sections, click "Most Recent Threads" at the top of the Forum sections list.

User Profile: To view or modify your user profile, click "My Profile" near the top of the page. Among other things, you can specify who can see your email address: nobody, friends only, or everyone. The default is nobody. To subscribe to threads, you must verify your email address; you will see a link for this purpose in your profile.
 
User Statistics: To take a quick look at your stats, click "Dashboard" near the top of the page.
 
Searching for Posts by a Particular User: A quick way to set up a search for posts by a particular user is to click on the user's name.
 
Other Info:
Signatures can be up to 50 pixels high. Text-only signatures are preferred, and anything over three lines will be clipped

Maximum image size is 128 kB, 72 dpi

Types of images that can be attached: JPEG, GIF, BMP

Maximum number of attachments per page: 4

Maximum number of characters per post: 4,000 (around 700 or 800 words, generally speaking)

Maximum inactivity period before automatic logout: 90 minutes
